Here i am again...

5 weeks from tomorrow I'm on a plane to a warm climate that requires bathing suits to be worn, is it too much to ask to lose 50 lbs by then?  I mean 10 pounds a week, that's reasonable, RIGHT?!?

okay, okay its not, I know it,  its a new year and already my first vacation is off to a disappointing start...=°0(

I've been doing the in-home spa treatment which is supposed to reduce cellulite and inches and my jeans fit no better than when I started...granted its been the holiday season, but I've been working out although with the treatment and gym I used it as a license to eat a lot of crap, which seems to have upset the delicate balance that is my stomach, I'm always fatigued.  Just walking up to the steps at the gym to start my workout fatigues my legs.  Isn't it supposed to get better?  Not worse?!?

I need to go to the doctor yo get some blood test done, I signed up for a nutritional response test, looking in to a health coach at work, but none of it will work the miracles I'm hoping for in 5 weeks...maybe this time, when I say the next time, I'll mean it...
